At Healing Hugs, LLC, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized psychiatric mental health care. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve mental wellness through evidence-based treatments and therapies.
Dr. Kim Krummrey earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Michigan State University (MSU) and is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C.) She has been working with children and families for over 15 years. Her expertise is working with pediatric and adolescent populations including medically complex children. She utilizes a family centered approach for the patient and their family.
She is licensed to see children and adults.
Offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) psychotherapy.
My Treatment Focus
I practice utilizing a biopsychosocial model to care for patients and their families. Each patient and family are unique and there is NOT a cookie cutter approach. I work with you as a partner to foster trust and rapport to achieve your wellness goals. I will work with you to achieve a patient centered treatment plan.
Interests: ADHD, Adolescents, Medically Complex Children, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Mood Disorders.
